These one-hour virtual sessions are free to attend and are designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and community among Student Affairs professionals, particularly those serving California Community Colleges. Typically held as moderated roundtable discussions, each one-hour session explores timely and practical topics to strengthen student engagement, leadership development, and institutional impact. Fall 2025

August 26th – Welcome Back: Kickoff and Reconnect

Whether you're new to your platform or looking to refresh your strategy, this session will cover tips for increasing student participation, tracking outcomes, and building a more connected campus community.

October 29th – Civic Engagement: Planning & Preparation
Get ready for the election cycle by exploring how to engage students in civic learning, voting, and social responsibility. You’ll leave with practical ideas to meet upcoming reporting deadlines, organize voter events, and empower students to lead civic action on campus.

November 26th – Data in Action: Collaborating to Track Student Participation
Student involvement data tells a powerful story—when used correctly. Join us to learn how Student Affairs professionals can work with Institutional Research and other departments to gather meaningful data and demonstrate student impact.

December 16th – Is It Time to Reevaluate Our Campus Fees?
Let’s talk money—specifically, how to make the most of your campus fees. This session opens a transparent dialogue about reassessing your fee structure, exploring new funding models, and ensuring your programs remain sustainable and equitable.
