The California Community College Student Affairs Association is excited to welcome you to the annual professional development conference at Hotel Caza Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco. This year’s event will inspire and empower Student Affairs professionals to push beyond boundaries and embrace new opportunities for growth and impact.
Set against the vibrant backdrop of Fisherman’s Wharf, attendees will explore innovative strategies, share best practices, and engage in meaningful dialogue to enhance student success. Conference Registration Deadline and Fees
Regular Registration
Full payment must be received on or before Friday, April 2, 2027, to be eligible for the membership discount
- Members: $500
- Non-Members: $600
Late Registration after Friday, April 2, 2027
Payments received after Friday, April 2, 2027, may not be eligible for the membership discount
- Members: $600
- Non-Members: $700

Reservation Information
Book your hotel room at the Host Conference Hotel website. The last day to make reservations at the special rate is by Friday, May 28, 2027. Due to limited hotel rooms and low costs, the Hotel reservation link will be emailed once registration has been confirmed.
Check-in: Wednesday, June 23, 2027
Check-out: Friday, June 25, 2027
Room Rates: $219 standard
*If you are wanting to come up to three days earlier or stay three days later, discount price may still be eligible via contacting the Hotel directly or emailing the Events Chair.
Destination Fee
The destination fee for the hotel will be waived for all guests staying at the property. The fee includes:
- High-Speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
- Tour the city or enjoy an excursion on our Caza Cruiser bikes
- Morning Coffee and Tea (available from 6am-10am daily)
- Early check-in at 12pm (based on availability)
- Access to our year-round outdoor heated pool and sun deck
- Access to the Game Zone – indoor and outdoor games
- Access to our 24-hour fitness center
- Yoga mats
- Two collapsible water pouches and access to water stations
- Printing services
- Local and toll-free calls
- San Francisco postcards – postage is on the Hotel
