The California Community College Student Affairs Association is proud to welcome you to the 2028 Professional Development Conference at the Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, California. Nestled against the breathtaking backdrop of the Santa Rosa Mountains, this year’s conference invites Student Affairs professionals to reconnect, recharge, and reimagine the future of student support and leadership across California’s community colleges.

The 2028 CCCSAA Professional Development Conference, Oasis of Innovation: From Mirage to Momentum, will offer attendees an experience unlike any previous conference in our association’s history. Set in the inspiring desert landscape of Indian Wells, this year’s conference is intentionally designed to move beyond traditional presentations and create meaningful opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and transformation. Participants can expect immersive learning experiences, dynamic keynote speakers, and interactive sessions that challenge conventional approaches to Student Affairs work.

The conference will highlight emerging trends, forward-thinking strategies, and practical solutions that professionals can immediately bring back to their campuses. Reservation Information
Book your hotel room at the Host Conference Hotel website. The last day to make reservations at the special rate is by Friday, June 2, 2028. Due to limited hotel rooms and low costs, the Hotel reservation link will be emailed once registration has been confirmed.
Check-in: Wednesday, June 21, 2028
Check-out: Friday, June 22, 2028
Room Rates: $189 standard
*If you are wanting to come up to two days earlier or stay two days later, discount price may still be eligible via contacting the Hotel directly or emailing the Events Chair.

The destination fee for the hotel will be waived for all guests staying at the property. The fee includes:
